ABOUT US

The practise is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce KVK since October 2019 as INTERNATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES licensed to provide psychology and mental health therapy, psychotherapy and counselling, business psychology consulting and psychology training services. 

The professional fees vary according to the intervention required. Mental Health and Psychotherapy charges are EUR 95 per hour while Business Psychology consultations are charged at EUR 170 per hour, both inclusive of VAT We do offer discounted multiple session packages as well after evaluating your therapy plan. These are paid in advance. 

Private mental health therapy is not covered by the standard Dutch insurance but you may be covered if you have additional private insurances. Please check with your insurance provider. 

Dutch residents are able to pay after their therapy session. You allow 14 days for settlement of invoices after which they are sent to our finance team for collection procedures. Foreign clients are required to pay in advance at the time of confirming their booking. Our finance team will issue invoices in advance. 

We match clients with the best possible therapists suited for their mental health needs. For this, we first schedule an intake call which is free of charge. Our therapists work flexible hours so there is always someone available to see you. The administration staff work standard CET hours from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding official public holidays.
